A SaaS exam-placement platform that works with e-Okul class lists and distributes students across exam halls through a three-stage mathematical modelling engine. Co-developed with a teammate under the supervision of my IT teacher.

Smart matching & conflict prevention

Student, class and subject data are separated into a dynamic distribution pool sized to hall capacity; students sitting the same exam are mathematically blocked from ending up side by side or diagonally adjacent.

e-Okul integration

List files downloaded from e-Okul are uploaded straight into the system and sorted immediately, with no manual editing.

Visual hall editor & PDF output

Halls are laid out on screen by drag and drop; after placement, named exam sheets carrying the school logo are generated as PDFs in seconds.

Placement engine & security architecture

MODULE 01

Fixed-seat protection

Seats assigned to students with special educational needs are preserved; the rest of the placement is re-optimised around those fixed points.

MODULE 02

KVKK & encryption layer

All student data is hashed to the SHA-256 standard, stored in isolation on the server and never shared with third parties; Hangfire runs the scheduled background jobs.
